A couple of weeks ago, we did a ‘booth for Thrillist and Taste of the Nation, hosting a culinary benefit to end childhood hunger in America. While we never pick favorites with our events, they’re all special to us, food events are pretty awesome. And food events for a cause are even better. In between snapping photos of our snazzy and generous guests, we sampled a few eats and cocktails from some fantastic restaurants and bars in the city. Delicious little dishes, like lobster rolls and mini servings of chicken and biscuits, abounded. The mixologists reminded us how a cocktail tastes when technique, fresh ingredients and a little love are all combined. Plus, with so many fun people on hand, we snapped a great selection of photos all available on the thrillist’s facebook page.
